The shipping time consists of two sections -
For worldwide orders:
Worldwide shipping extends our processing time up to 5 days (usually 72 hours) as we thoroughly verify our customers and fulfill orders.
Following this, your package will arrive between 10-20 business days depending on your geographic location and the availability of stock.
*Note: on the purchase, the customer must accept that these delivery times are estimates only, based on the average data from 1,000+ orders. Some orders may be faster or slower depending on the location of the recipient and the fulfillment center used at the time of the sale*
We will let you know at checkout if your package will be shipped via our United States supplier in which shipping speeds will range from 7-12 days.
Your order can be shipped anywhere from EU, China, US, India, Indonesia, Vietnam etc.
ORDER & TRACKING
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 3 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping, this usually takes 2-5 business days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
Processing Time
Processing takes from 2-5 days after your order is placed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your cancellation policy?
You have 3 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.
